But I think that you drew something even more unussual: Shadow being happy. Which actually makes me feel afraid for some reason.
Shadow himself looks okay, I don't see anything really odd about him, but good job his spikes!
I honestly find the background not very well done, it seems very plain, but after reading that you had deleted it by accident. I don't blame you for not putting a lot of detail into it. But the picture over all, is really good.
